PRE/POST NATAL TRAINING

Build strength and stamina to help prepare for birth!

I have a special passion and the proper extra credentials for working with Pre- and Postnatal women. How amazing is it that the human body houses and grows another human being?! There are many different schools of thought regarding the proper types of exercises utilized during pregnancy and an untrained individual in this specialty may not select the best type of training for a pre/post natal workout. With that in mind, know that there are SO many benefits to exercising during pregnancy, including a better recovery after delivery and an easier delivery~(although unfortunately I can’t guarantee that one). In addition to certification in special populations, I have taken a doula course through Bastyr University in Kirkland, WA , as well as have attended a BirthFit seminar to be trained further.  I will soon be a certified birth educator as well so can better prepare expectant parents to guide them through their fitness journey too. Giving birth is one of the biggest athletic events of life!
